Earnings Season Is Gold To Some Option Traders

First of all, I’d just like to say hi to all the option traders out there, and then I would like to tell you about some of the exciting things that are going on with the San Jose Options Mentoring Program. Where do I start? Well, let’s begin with this week. This has been a very exciting week for me. San Jose Options just launched the Options Toolkit which can back-test over 4,000 optionable stocks with just a single click of the mouse.

Personally, I’m extremely excited about the Options Toolkit because I have been into back-testing for many years now, so I understand the value here. What used to take me weeks to do, will now take me a matter of minutes with this new options software.

Just think of the value this software brings to the table. How many hours have you lost in your life by manually back-testing your option strategies? Now you can spend less time doing the research and more time trading. This is a product that will really change the way option traders invest.

My Personal Trading Results for Week 1

The Options Toolkit has just released its earnings tester, and after using it just one week, I have had great results. I made 4 different trades and yielded about 30% net. That is after paying commissions. The software quickly back-tested these stocks for me and gave me the data and confidence I need to make the trades.

Again, using other popular, options software can take several weeks just to gather the information that the Options Toolkit can provide me in 1.2 seconds. I personally don’t have the time or energy to back-trade by hand anymore. I’ve spent so many hours of my life doing it, and I can say I am so grateful to San Jose Options for developing the Options Toolkit. This is the options tool that I have really been waiting for.

Let’s look at an example of what I can do in the software. If I want to see what a stock would do over earnings, I just enter the symbol, select some parameters and click the mouse. Just one second later I have a good idea if that stock is a good candidate for that particular strategy over earnings. I instantly know how much it made in the past and can make a confident trade now. I have extensive data that would have taken me hours to do with other software.

Well, that’s about all I have time for at the moment. I just wanted to get the word out about this new tool by San Jose Options. It’s been a big project, and but it’s worth the wait. I’m loving the new Options Toolkit, and I’ll be using it in my studies and trading from now on. It will be developing as time goes by, but in this first release, the earnings tester is awesome and it’s helping me make some money which is the bottom line.
