Enjoy Trading And Enjoy Existence

I speak to traders that spend every waking hour focused on trading. Whilst this might be fine for some it just isn’t for me, I know this simply because I employed to become that guy. I originally became interested in exchanging mainly because I dreamed of being rich and having the time to do what ever I desired. I have a compulsive nature to start with and I hunger for understanding. This combination led me to function regularly, to understand more about buying and selling. I maintained a full time career and studied exchanging strategy at night, frequently until midnight only to get up the next morning at 4:30 A.M. to go to work. Studying the markets were a 7 morning a week thing for me. This went on for any couple of years.

From time to time I would personally meet other traders and met some through the net. More than time I noticed that some traders did not obsess more than trading the way I did. Most did but a handful did not.I thought that 1 morning if I worked tough adequate I would be like them. Then a single morning I met a man that changed my thinking. Through our discussions about exchanging I realized that he began concerning the exact same time as myself. He did not have as a lot experience as I had and it was apparent that his information of the market segments was not as extensive as myself.

The curious factor was that he traded only 2 several hours per morning and didn’t work any other work. The rest of his time he played golf and spent time with his family. I questioned him in hope that he would share his secret exchanging formula with me. To my surprise he did not possess a secret weapon for buying and selling markets. Instead he had a secret weapon for life in general. Enjoy IT!! That morning I realized that I had lost sight totally of my original objective which was to have a lot more time. I had ran entirely within the opposite direction. Instead of trading freeing from a career it had turn out to be much more of the work than my actual work was. My percentage of winning trades was not in which I desired it being and thought that I could study my way to a far better percentage.

After talking with him I decided to take a break from trading and come back with a new perspective. When I again began to buy and sell I only allowed myself to invest 2 hours per day on trading. I was a lot more relaxed and I traded much less often. This turned out to be excellent, my win percentage went up simply because I was a lot more selective in my trades and I was not stressed out about anything. Nowadays I appreciate existence a lot a lot more and trading is what I believed that it could be.. Thanks Robert

Keep in mind there is alot more to existence than trading. Life is to brief to invest every hour looking to make the next excellent market move. What if that next move doesn’t occur inside your lifetime, then what have you gained. Trading is wonderful and I do adore it but I’m not going to sacrifice my lifestyle and also the happiness of those I adore for it. I’ve a life I fully intend to take pleasure in it.
