I was once a single mother, working 2 jobs and looking after my 2 kids, and I was able to get a Grant for school. It is the oldest kids that I was once upon a time by myself with, they are now 16 and 12, but at the time they were only 8 and 4. I had put the youngest in pre school and the oldest was in regular school. I worked my 9-5 every day and then had a job I went to every other weekend while they went to visit their “other” family.

They knew exactly what I was talking about so what seemed so intimidating was not really all that bad at all.

So all on my own I was able to find the application and start filling out the form, and even submit it to the site. They sent my application results directly to the school for me so that when I was approved all I had to do from there was register for my classes.
